Frances Williams, 88, of Center, passed away Saturday, May 29, 2010 at her residence. She was born March 21, 1922 in Shelby County to Edward Frank Hammers and Blanche Fuller Hammers. Ms. Williams was a homemaker, mother and grandmother. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Center.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Sunday, May 30, 2010 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, May 31, 2010 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Pallbearers will be James Windham, J. C. Windham, David Brown, Alex Brown and Eric Williams.

She is survived by:
