- Clara L. Griffin, 92, of Center, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Shelby Regional Medical Center. She was born March 21, 1917 in Center. Ms. Griffin was a member of the First Baptist Church in Center.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, February 12, 2010 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, February 13, 2010 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Rev. Carl Smith and Rev. Michael Hale officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.
Pallbearers will be Robert Griffin, David Griffin, Jason Griffin, Rusty Griffin, Ray Griffin, and Hardy Meredith.
